Cut Urla Gadda & Tomato into small pieces. Fry them till they turn golden in oil. Fry Mustard, Dhaniya etc in oil. Add Ginger and Poondu paste to the fried Urla Gadda and Tomato pieces. Pour water as required allow it to boil add salt and masala as required and mix fried mustard and dhaniya. Boil it for 5 minutes and server hot with Chapathi or Nan or Rice.
